We get it. It’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind, so if you’re not enjoying your Sheez Cool experience that’s totally cool. But it would be really helpful for us to hear why our product didn’t work for you so we can improve the experience for other customers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the time you receive your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with the original tags in place and in the same condition that you received it.
When returning an item, please include your invoice and order number so we can track this back to your original payment. Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item and then notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense so we recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method. Sheez Cool will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow at least 7 business days for the return to be processed and credited to your account.
